Each of the 2 bedrooms, has a Queen bed in it
Living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, and 12 L sectional that can sleep 2
The cousin that comes off sofa bed is 30" by 6' foot and has been used for another
So can sleep 9 with out air beds
Things with this home you won't find with most other rentals homes
A Private island, land bridge accessible, with only 2 rental homes
Private 2 pump high end spa in home, on deck overlook great open nature views
Beautiful pattern laid screened deck, with elevated open water view
50 in HD TV with 200 plus channels
Second TV in Master bedroom
A large 18 x 45 foot solar heated pool, with 8 ph spa by it
Free use of 10 kayaks and 2 canoes, 600.00 a day if you had to rent it
350 small islands to explore, Dolphins going by most days
Fire ring with 5 pcs of wood per night you are staying
20 min boat trip to flats and 28 min to open Gulf water
No idle speeds zones at all, 1/2 the distance from Crystal River or Homosassa to the gulf
