Check-in is between 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. Check-out: 12 p.m. (noon)

Early or late arrival by prior arrangement only.

If reserved less than 60 days

Balance in full is due at time of reservation.

60 days or more bookings

Requires half of total amount at time of reservations and remaining balance (the other half) due 30 days prior to arrival. 10% late fee for payments not made on time

90 days or more bookings

Requires 1/3 (one third) of total amount at time of reservations, the second third is due 60 days prior to arrival, the last third is due 30 days prior to arrival.
