Cancellation Policy

Refundable Damage/Cleaning/Security deposit $250.00 for each lower and upper unit.

This deposit is refunded when rental home is inspected for cleanliness & damage and returned by crediting charge card or by mail within 30 days of departure from island. Damages above the deposit fee, plus processing fees will be charged without notice to the renter's credit card or will be billed to them within 30 days to collect if necessary.

More than 60 Days	Full refund less $50 processing fee per unit
60 days or less	75% refund if we fill your cancellation, if we cannot fill the date(s) there is no refund.
We are a private island and this is our home and our business - we rely entirely on advance reservations. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded, we're not a hotel or motel and never have "walk-ins" to fill the void. We recommend 60 to 90 days minimum advance notice for reservations, but don't hesitate to call toll free 1-800-474-1757 to check on availability. There's a 10% (of total booking) charge for changing reservation dates, if available. No additional charge for adding dates, if available. Last up dated Tuesday, September 25, 2007
